San Eng appreciate very much your support during the past years, so that
San Eng could rapidly grow up
gathering all the staff ’s efforts,constantly
exp-
anding factory , renewing facility , reducing cost as well as up-grading quality
and then develop as a WORLD CLASS maker of forged steel flange.
On the occasion of stepping into year 2000 , we are
gratefully inform our customers
that San Eng has really made marked progress . Because during
1998 to 1999 , the space
was expanded from 27 , 440M2 to 48 , 260M2 and building
was expanded from 17, 930M2 . In the manufacturing facilities , in
for-
ging facilities : we
bought one line of 2500TON forging press in 1998
and in 1999 we inereased
10 TON air hammer (close die) and one line of 2000
MM
rolling mill machine .That means, we are in a position to forge
the dia from 1/2” up to
O. D. 2000 mm without any welding . The monthly capacity
is 2200 TON forging if all t he forging facilities is in full operation.
Furthermore , we bought
more 2 units of automatic heat treatment furnace.
We trust that we could
offer our customer most competitive , highest quality
and best service products at such scale equipment and strict quality
assurance system.
